Seed orders and delivery details
When you submit an order request through our Seeds page, we collect your name, email address, physical delivery address, destination country, and the specific seed crosses you wish to order.
This information is used strictly to:
- Verify inventory and per-order limits for the requested seed packets.
- Communicate with you by email regarding availability, total order amount, and payment instructions.
- Package and dispatch your order via New Zealand Post (or international postal services).
We do not store your credit card or banking numbers on our servers. Payment is arranged directly via secure bank transfer or established payment methods confirmed by email.
Website contact enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, selected enquiry topic, and message content. This information is used solely to evaluate your query and respond to you.
Cloudflare services & bot protection
To maintain site security and prevent spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile inspects non-interactive visitor signals to verify human visitors without intrusive CAPTCHA puzzles. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not track you across third-party websites or sell your browsing history.
Transactional order and contact notifications are transmitted through Cloudflare’s secure edge network and Email Service (configured under send.sanpedro.nz).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. This may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device information, and may use cookies or similar technologies.
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or invasive session-recording software.
